Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data our games collect, why, who receives it and what you can do about it. It covers Pusher Tycoon and any other game we publish that links here.
In short: you don't need an account and we never ask for your name or email. Your progress stays on your phone. Ads come from Google AdMob. Anonymous play stats go to GameAnalytics only if you say yes. Purchases are handled by Google Play.

What stays on your device
Your game progress, settings and purchase status are saved only on your phone. We have no servers that store your game. Uninstalling the game deletes this data. Pictures you choose to share are saved on your phone and handed to the share sheet you pick; we never receive them.
Reminders, if you turn them on, are scheduled on your phone by the operating system. No data leaves your device for them.

We don't sell your data, and we don't combine it with data from other sources to identify you.
Each provider handles data under its own policy: Google (how Google uses data from apps that use its services) and GameAnalytics.
Transfers outside the EEA
Google and GameAnalytics may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, the transfer is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long data is kept
Data on your device is kept until you uninstall the game. Play statistics are kept by GameAnalytics only as long as needed to analyse the game, in line with its retention policy. Advertising data is kept by Google under its own retention rules.
Your choices and rights
- Ads: change your ad privacy choices in the game's Settings ("Ad privacy settings", shown where it applies). You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings.
- Play stats: turn "Anonymous stats" off in the game's Settings; nothing more is sent.
- Reminders: turn them off in the game's Settings or in your phone's notification settings.
- Your rights: under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent at any time. Email us. Because we don't know who you are, we may ask for your game's player ID so we can find your data.
- Complaints: you can complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee) or to the authority where you live.
Children
Our games are not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from them. If you think a child has given us data, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top. Important changes will also be shown in the game.
